delicious, wholesome, affordable meals in the comfort of your RV,
relieving you of the burden of shopping, cooking and cleaning up. To put
it simply, personal chefs do what their clients would do if they had the
time—plan menus, shop for groceries and prepare meals. However, some
people view this service as a luxury and do not believe that they can
afford a personal chef.

wealthy. Anyone who has a need to solve the "What's for Dinner?" problem
can hire Gallivanting Gourmet. More and more people from all walks of

We will do the shopping to ensure you get the freshest ingredients.
We'll carefully prepare the meals you've selected, in RV, using our own
equipment. We will neatly package and label each meal for your
convenience and safely store them in your refrigerator with simple
instructions for heating and serving. Lastly, we'll clean your kitchen.
You will be welcomed home by the wonderful aromas of home cooking. All
you do have to do is relax and enjoy the good taste and free time you
deserve. If you are a tent camper and do not have a kitchen other
arrangements will be made.

We all love to eat out, but this can get very expensive, not to mention
the obvious health drawbacks. For a fraction of the cost, Gallivanting
Gourmet will create delicious and healthy meals, uniquely designed to
your tastes, for you to savor in the comfort of your own RV.
A Message From Your Chef
I truly believe the world is divided into two easily
recognizable populations: Those who eat to live and those who live to
eat. I most assuredly belong to the latter group. From a very young age
I have had an interest in all things epicurean. Whether baking cakes and
frying up donuts on the weekends with my mom or preparing entire simple
meals for my family as a latch key kid, I have been at home in the
kitchen since I was a very young child. As both a teenager and adult I
have had the privilege of both living and traveling extensively abroad
and have eaten my way, quite literally, around the globe. From the Greek
Isles (where I had the unique experience of working in the kitchen of a
taverna) to France, India, Italy, Spain, Thailand and beyond, I have yet
to encounter a cuisine I don’t want to learn...or EAT! I read cookbooks
for pleasure and cook for relaxation. Food is my passion in life and it
would be my honor to share my enthusiasm with you.
